and also need to know:

• if you prefer scented or unscented soap,
• the type of laundry,
• the quantity of laundry, and
• your wash/dry preferences.

Minimum 24-hour turn-around time, depending on order volume.

Payment is due by e-Transfer or credit card once work is complete, prior to return delivery.  

Pricing:

Full Service rate (pre-treated/sorted/laundered):

     $24 per single 10-pound load (min. 1 load charge)

Clean & Go rate (washed/dried/quick-folded):

     $19 per single 10-pound load (min. 1 load charge)

Pick-up and Delivery rates:

     $12-$20 per trip, depending on location in Greater Victoria area

Terms:

1. Laundry shall be in duffel bags/suitcases, or in standard plastic garbage bags (tied shut), or in bins with lids, or in similar enclosed containers.

2. Each bag/container shall not exceed 30 pounds.

3. Laundry shall be brought to the building lobby (if in a hotel or multi-level building), or to the parking area (if moored at a marina), or curbside, depending on location.
